Heaven Earth Circle teacher Matthew Sieradski and students demonstrate elements of Hunyuan Qigong, the Hunyuan Taiji 24-form, Cheng-style Bagua Zhang inner palms and eight palm changes, and some Bagua Zhang and Taiji Quan push-hands patterns.
