Sacred Touch Certified Practitioner Jeff Tarrant, Ph.D., scanned Matt’s brain during a Sacred Touch Biodynamic Craniosacral Work session. The results were surprising and concurrent with similar studies of advanced non-dual meditators as well as artistic mastery.

How does intimacy factor into awakening? How do challenges in communication and cultural differences provide ripe resources for spiritual growth? How can we work with yin and yang in relationship?

Lokā samastā sukhino bhavantu May all the beings in all the worlds become happy; Peace, peace and peace.

I offer my respectful obeisances to my spiritual master, who with the torchlight of knowledge has opened my eyes, which were blinded by the darkness of ignorance.

Teyata Om Bekandze Bekandze Maha Bekandze Radza Samugate Soha May all beings be auspicious. I make my prostrations to you who destroy the negative life cycle changes, who has thus gone to the state of enlightenment like other Buddhas, who perfectly accomplished the quality of the Buddha, the Supreme Physician who is fully liberated and awakened, the enlightened one, Medicine Buddha.

Oṃ Sahanā vavatu Sahanau Bhunaktu Saha Viryań Karavāvahai Tejasvinā vadhītam astu Ma Vidisā vahai Oṃ Śāntih Śāntih Śāntih Meaning: Om, may we all be protected. May we all be nourished. May we work together with great energy. May our studying be effective. May there be no hate among us. Om peace, peace, peace

Debra Braun, Sacred Touch Cohort #1 Graduate, shares her experience with the mentorship training in an interview testimonial with Matthew Sieradski, Heaven Earth Circle Co-Director and Sacred Touch Biodynamic Craniosacral Work Mentorship Training Instructor.

Matthew and Hiromi Sieradski give a brief introduction to Sacred Touch Biodynamic Craniosacral Work. Matt and Hiromi practice and teach this gentle and profound form of bodywork that is based on orienting to the dynamic stillness at the source of the Breath of Life. This work is particularly helpful in healing trauma and integrating the nervous system into greater resilience and self-regulation.

Matthew Sieradski shares some thoughts on love for mystical contemplation.

Matt shares a brief intro to Heaven Earth Circle followed by the story of his spiritual awakening in 2009 and how he has come to understand the importance of healing and embodiment as the process of integration and deepening of nondual spiritual awareness. He ends with a brief instruction for meditative self inquiry into the experience of suffering to discover the inherent redemptive love that underlies the cosmos, our body and our mind.

Heaven Earth Circle teacher Matthew Sieradski and students demonstrate elements of Hunyuan Qigong, the Hunyuan Taiji 24-form, Cheng-style Bagua Zhang inner palms and eight palm changes, and some Bagua Zhang and Taiji Quan push-hands patterns. Heaven Earth Circle teacher Matthew Sieradski demonstrates the Hunyuan Taiji Jian or straight-sword form at the Oregon Asian Celebration, July 29th, 2023, in Eugene, Oregon.
The straight sword or “jian” in Chinese is considered to cultivate spirit. The sword that Matt is using in this demonstration is forged using a traditional sanmai (three layer) construction and the edge is razor sharp. We must be very alert to safely handle such a blade!
