About Kirtan with Hiromi

This chanting circle is for anyone who has a deep yearning to connect with the sacred through chanting. Kirtan (a Sanskrit word for chanting and singing devotional music in group) is not a sacred singing class. This is group spiritual practice – an opportunity to be inspired, to invite the spirit of chanting to fill our hearts and to come home to ourselves with joy. We welcome everyone and offer a safe place to let the mantras nourish our heart, body and soul. Each mantra invites us to our inner peaceful resting space. Through chants drawn from the mystical teachings of the world’s great spiritual traditions, we embrace and bear witness to the joy and tragedy of our beautiful lives. No prior music or chanting experience is necessary. The cost is free. Your donations are welcome. Join us and let the mantras do you.

About Hiromi, our Chant Guide:

Hiromi has been a musician since age 4, but gave up practicing when she started college. In 2016, after a serious ankle injury, she taught herself to play ukulele and harmonium, and began singing sacred music. Soon after this she experienced a spiritual awakening which felt like coming home to her True Self. She taught at the Center for Sacred Sciences until 2020 when she founded Heaven Earth Circle with her husband Matt to support the healing and awakening of all beings.

Hiromi Sieradski is a chanting enthusiast who savors the divine nourishment of this practice. She is a lover and devotee of the mystical teachings of the world’s great spiritual traditions. She has been nourished and continues to be healed by chanting. Spreading the joy of chanting is one of her life's missions. Hiromi teaches spiritual studies at Heaven Earth Circle and has a private practice offering Sacred Touch biodynamic craniosacral work.

Inspired by the divine syllables of the Sanskrit and Tibetan alphabets, as well as traditional Japanese Zen and American mystical poetry, she has incorporated her own sparkle and reverence to these classical healing mantras. She guides us home to our hearts and we heal ourselves with the holy vibrations.
